West Village

The West Village is a charming, historic neighborhood in the western section of downtown, Manhattan.

Tucked away on beautiful tree-lined streets, the architecturally rich area is known for its classic brownstone homes and pre-war buildings.

There are numerous restaurants and cafes that dot the neighborhood, often tucked away on small streets.

Bleecker Street, in particular, is famous for its shopping for everything from specialty foods at Murray’s Cheese Shop to boutique clothing and accessory stores like Love Shack Fancy and Edon Manor.

The neighborhood spans from the Hudson River to the west, West 14th Street to the north, Greenwich Avenue to the east and Christopher Street to the south. The West Village neighbors Chelsea Hudson Square and Greenwich Village, all easily within walking distance.
